Originally from England, Tom currently resides in New York where he’s the co-founder and CMO of The Bot Platform - a software company empowering businesses around the world to build their own work tools.

Before jumping into start-up life, Tom worked in advertising for over 10 years. Most recently, he was a Strategy Director at Droga5 and was responsible for one of the most successful advertising campaigns in Droga5’s history for The New York Times - a campaign that Adweek named as one of the best of the decade, and a campaign that’s still going strong 3 years after it originally launched.

While at Droga5 Tom also worked on award winning campaigns for brands including Ancestry, Google Pixel, Prudential and even HBO’s Game of Thrones.

Before joining Droga5, Tom spent nearly three years at Wieden+Kennedy New York, where he led interactive strategy for brands including Squarespace, Southern Comfort, Heineken, Delta, AB InBev and Spotify.

Prior to moving to America, Tom spent six years in London working at agencies such as Poke, Blue Hive and Wunderman. His work has been awarded by the likes of Cannes Lions, The Effies, One Show, Clio Awards, ANDYs, D&AD and The Webby Awards.

In his own time, Tom also worked on digital marketing campaigns for artists including Calvin Harris, Hardwell, Tine Tempah, Madeon, One Direction and The Rolling Stones, helping to launch more than six number-one singles and 12 number-one albums.

Inspired by the epic ski movie, GNAR, and his love of skiing Tom also helped create a social fueled winter sports app called SnowBuddy that was recommended by Apple as one of the best apps of the winter.
